I wanted to get some comments, opinions and feedback from you all re: the Tinaarena on-line store.
As you are all aware, there is a growing amount of Tina-stuff available there and I'd like to invite you all to enter your thoughts about the merchandise that is already available, whether you've bought any of it and whether there is other stuff you'd like to buy through tinaarena.com.
Also, I'd like to know if any of you have experiences any problems buying things from us online. so,... let it rip and.. have a great weekend. ED

It is so wise to thread such a topic for the convenience of reaching all goods belong to our diva. I bought some albums from Amazon and appreciated very much. However, the only deficiency in my eyes is that the express company entrusted by this website neglect China inland on their lists, which caused lots of frustration from fans there. If team members could figure out a way to address it, I'll be very much grateful for it. Those T shirts look great. I can't wait to wear them next time when I go to the karaoke bar with my friends.

I remember back when the old website was up, I was able to order from the Online Store. I was happy about the shop until NOW.

The Philippines had been removed from the list. Why is this?

Pakistan existed and clearly Tina has a larger fanbase here in the Philippines and our country was taken out?

Unfortunately the suppliers who handle the bank transactions for the shop have had problems with international credit card fraud from several countries. However paypal is an acceptable method of payment in all instances, so you can pay for all Tina's items that way.
Also,there are sometimes problems with standard postage out of the UK where they will not guarantee delivery to all countries for a standard cost as their insurance charges escalate greatly.
If you have specific orders you would like to place and you cant do this directly with the shop, please let us know and I can pass this on to someone who can help.

Thank you for clearing things up and I would also like to thank you for doing the extra mile not only for me but for the fans who couldn't order because of those country and barrier restrictions.

I wondered if you were planning on getting some juicy signed Tina items back in, or if you have any lurking in the stock room? I bought a signed programme a while back and was sent an unsigned one by mistake...there were none of these particular ones left, but I would love the chance to get something else from you, given that you would be a reliable source for a genuine sig...eBay can be a minefield lol.
